How to get there:

By Metro

The Metro runs to Islands Brygge station which is a 5 min. walk from Paideia Gym.

By Bus

Bus no. 5A stops on Amager Boulevard by Langebro.

Busses no. 12, 33, 35 and 250S passes right by the gym on Njalsgade.

By Train

From Grand Central station (hovedbanegården) it is a 20min. brisk walk to Paideia Gym.

By Car

Parking in Njalsgade or behind "SuperBrugsen" is 10 danish kroner per hour ($2.00 per hour)

Anyone with an extreme interest in making the human body function at the highest possible level.

Currently, attending courses are personal trainers, physical therapists, gym owners, athletes, doctors, body workers, Pilates instructors, Kettlebell instructors, students, teachers, health care workers, and professional martial artists, and more.

Q. So what does Z-Health look like?: A.
People say it looks like a lot of things — from yoga to martial arts to dance to stretching and every other "named" system under the sun.
