If I did not learn about Z-Health, I can honestly say I would have had to look for another career.
"I have been practicing Z-Health for approximately seven months and am already quite impressed with the results. Probably the most important and noticeable change since starting Z-Health has been the fact that I have not needed to see my chiropractor as much. I was going AT LEAST every 2 to 3 weeks. Since I started Z-Health, I have gone only twice. My job, which I have been doing since 1984, requires a lot of standing and lifting heavy animals.

Took 6% off my 200m flying lap at the British Track Championship. Good enough for 4th in the UK.
"Returned from my British Track Championships over the weekend -- thought I'd let you know how it went:
500m time trial - took 0.8 off PB which is about 2%
200m flying lap - took 0.8 off PB which is 6% - this and a knock out competition was good enough for 4th in the UK
Team sprint - 1 lap - took 0.65 off PB which is about 3% - This was good enough for a bronze medal

When I began Z-Health, I could immediately notice a difference in my posture, and I gradually improved my walking gait, my leg strength and upper body strength.
"I am 80 years old and have been physically and athletically active all my life - until about three years ago. I suffered from a general decline in strength, poor posture (slumping of shoulders), shuffling walk, low back pain, extreme foot pain, stiff neck (especially when driving), slow body movements and poor balance.
