Time Requirements: Full Time
Job purpose:
To plan and implement direct marketing and new sales activities in order to maintain and develop new sales of Z-Health’s educational certifications and products. To provide excellent follow-up and client care to insure the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity by email and telephone.
4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6. Develop and maintain extensive traditional and online sales materials and product knowledge.
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
9. Identify and resolve client concerns.
10. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
11. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
12. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
13. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
14. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
2. Follow-up for collection of payment.
3. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
Knowledge and Skills Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years sales and marketing experience are preferred.
2. Excellent office and computer skills and experience required. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office systems.
3. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
4. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Dress is office-casual emphasizing company attire.
5. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
6. Able to thrive in an explosive growth company.

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented, natural salesperson with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with health and fitness professionals. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well presented and businesslike. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month within the US. Enjoy learning with a strong interest in new experiences, responsibility and accountability. Work well in a fast-paced, small team environment.
Personal Situation: Must be mature and professional. Able to spend one or two nights away per month without issue. Able to commute reliably to office base. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written and Internet media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience of managing marketing agency activities useful.
Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and email.
Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face, telephone and email communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience prospecting, selling, closing and managing major customers and large contracts or even a business.
Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and managing support telesales staff. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.

Based at: Z-Health Performance Corporate Offices, Tempe, AZ
Time Requirements: 25 Hours/Week
Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to our current office staff, manager and company owners. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, product order fulfillment and shipping, as well as project based work as assigned. Must project an ultra-professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Take, fulfill and ship product orders on a daily basis.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with high proficiency.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
7. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
8. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
9. Collect and maintain product inventory.
10. Support staff in assigned project based work.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Provide support during educational certifications in the corporate facility to include, but not limited to: room setup and breakdown, meeting room upkeep.
2. Setup accommodation arrangements for company visitors.
3. Phone and internet research to assist in the setup of various training venues around the country.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements:
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree are preferred.
2. Excellent office and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and excellent professional telephone protocol are required. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.
3. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Dress is office-casual, emphasizing company attire.
4. Must be flexible, willing to adapt and ready to thrive in an explosive growth company.

Based at: Z-Health Performance Training Center, Tempe, AZ
Job Purpose:
Train and coach clients in one-on-one and group settings in the Z-Health Perfomance Solutions Corporate Training Center. To apply, you must be a Z-Health certified trainer, and current with re-certification requirements.
