As many of you who have studied Z-Health to any degree realize, foot mobility is one of our key tenets. Increased foot mobility, and the subsequent improvement in neural processing that results, is incredibly important in building better movement patterns. Better movement patterns, in most cases, results in not only better performance, strength and flexibility, but also decreases in pain. While we have been teaching this concept for many years, it is slowly but surely gaining momentum in the broader health and fitness worlds.
